Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. After this period, returns will not be processed unless due to a manufacturing defect.

2. Conditions

The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original accessories and packaging included.

3. Non-refundable items

• Products with customer-caused damage.
• Products without original box or accessories.

4. How to initiate a return

1. Send an email to soporte@paganidesign.es with your order number and reason.
2. You will receive instructions within 24–48 business hours.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective items.

5. Refund

We process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the product, to the original payment method.

6. Warranty

All Pagani Design watches include a 2-year official warranty against manufacturing defects.
