Products and prices

All prices are in euros (EUR). Currency conversions may apply depending on the customer's bank or card. Prices may change without prior notice.

Purchase process

Orders are confirmed by email. We ship from warehouses in Asia using international logistics to Spain, Mexico, and Chile.

Returns and warranty

2-year warranty on all watches. Free returns within 30 days if the item has a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Applicable legislation

• Spain and EU: Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and community legislation.
• Mexico: Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO).
• Chile: Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection Rights.

Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. Otherwise, they will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's country or to the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in each jurisdiction.
